We were so pleased with his immediate response to our initial phone call.
He was professional and pleasant to deal with and we felt he went above and beyond in finding a company to meet our needs at a good price. As a result we changed our house insurance over to him as well.
Any questions we had were answered promptly and in detail that we could understand.
While Scott was on holiday we found another thing we needed explained. A representative from the company came to the house the same day and went over the issue to our satisfaction.
Obviously we are more than happy with our dealings with this company and their staff.
Would recommend them without any reservations.
